2022 could be a huge year for weddings, but the weddings themselves might not be huge.  A new poll found the average person only wants around 50 guests now.

The perfect wedding would happen in the summer, have 56 guests, and the ceremony would be on a sandy beach.  Beaches were the #1 dream wedding location, followed by a castle, and a church.

If you want to keep your guest count low, a destination wedding can help.  Two-thirds of Americans think it’s a good way to “trim the fat” on your guest list.  And half of people said they wouldn’t go to someone else’s wedding if getting there was too expensive.
