Are you single, ready to mingle, and willing to move hundreds or thousands of miles away to do it effectively?  If so, a new study ranked the best and worst cities in America for single people.

It looked at 32 different metrics, including how many single people there are. how much it costs to go on dates, and how easy it is to be single even when you’re not dating.  For example, how much does a one-bedroom apartment cost?

According to the results, the five BEST cities for single people are Madison, Wisconsin, Seattle, Washington, Portland, Oregon, Denver, Colorado, and Austin, Texas.  Of the 182 cities they looked at, Glendale, California ranked last, followed by Brownsville, Texas, and Hialeah, Florida.
