KENNY CHESNEY announced that his next single is called “Tip of My Tongue”, and it was co-written by ED SHEERAN . . . plus Kenny’s regular writing partner, a guy named Ross Copperman.  It was Ross who brought Ed in, and Kenny loved it.

Quote, “[Ed] is such a great writer.  The way creativity works in creative people is so different, but it’s always exciting.  As a co-write with a new writer, it’s one of the most fun sessions I’ve done in a long time.  I get why people love working with him.” 

“Tip of My Tongue” drops July 12th.  It’s the first single from Kenny’s next album.  No word when that’ll be out.
