When Jason Aldean was starting out he made a promise to himself that he hoped he could keep, but it sure seemed like a longshot. The promise was that if he ever got to his ninth album, that’s what he’d call it.
So, “Nine” will be out November 22nd. He says, “It was my baseball number growing up, and it’s just kind of always been my lucky number. It’s more for me than anybody else but it means a lot.”
