There’s an OBGYN in Frankfort, Kentucky named Amanda Hess who just had her OWN baby the other day. But check out how dedicated she is . . .
She went to the hospital so they could induce labor. But while she was sitting there in her gown, she heard a woman screaming down the hall.
It turned out another pregnant woman was fully dilated, and they were waiting for a doctor to show up.
So Amanda stepped in at the last second and SHE helped with the delivery.
It turned out the woman was actually one of her patients, and she’d just seen her for a check-up a few days earlier. So they knew each other.
The woman ended up having a healthy baby girl. Then Amanda’s contractions started a few MINUTES later, and she had a girl too.
So she literally worked up until the last minute. But she’ll have some time off now, because she’s planning to take two full months for maternity leave.
